What an strikingly bright, enchanting painting … in watercolor, it appears … the perfect choice for your lovely poem. Which came first, I wonder?
I’m particularly taken with the imagery of your single Quatrain verse in Rhyming Couplets, one of my favorite forms.
Your easy syntactic flow is excellent, and the soft rhymes of L1 ‘n 2 lend a gentle feel, as the feminine rhymes in L3 ‘n 4 leave a solid poetical foundation that supports the entirety very well, indeed.

Interestingly, you’ve spoken of yourself at the onset in present; yet, it’s as tho’ your soul is being viewed throughout by you, as if it’s another entity altogether … in third party, if you will.

I dearly love the ethereality of your poem’s timbre.
