Today, September 24, 2021, marks 50 since I left my home in Jerusalem, Israel and I arrive to the United States of America. I was eighteen years old, clueless and naive. So much happened since, a life full of surprises and unexpected turns, challenges and success. I have lived from sea to shinning ocean under her spacious skies, how I love this country and all the people who became my family. Americans are generous, caring and welcoming. They are also hardworking and despite the hurdles are optimistic and full of faith. So many dreams have come true in this amazing country–and so many are still to come. I am proud to be an American and call this great land my home sweet home. Here is to many sunny days ahead. God Bless America and bring peace to our world soon in our days.
