Evening sets in stunning sunset
dazzling colors paint the sky
silver screen with golden sparkles
cinematic moving by.
Scent of nutmeg fills the air
warm hearts with sweet delight
with memories of sunny days
of laughter soft and smiles bright.
So far away and years bye gone
simple times in silence lay
once upon when life seemed gentle
before deep chills blew in to stay.
Evening sets with dazzling colors
tranquil dusk folds in the day
in the Garden here in Eden
worries fade as night holds prayers.
