In Kabbalah, Egypt—מצרים Mitzrayim—symbolizes the narrow passages in our lives: the limiting thoughts and fears that confine us. Passover calls us to expand beyond old habits—to awaken, to elevate, and to reach to our higher purpose.
On Seder night, when we ask: מַה נִּשְׁתַּנָּה? What has changed? The most powerful answer is: אני. I have.
When the Israelites left Egypt, they packed in haste. This year, we are blessed to unpack slowly—and grateful to settle happily into our new home.
