We drove to Hollywood today. Traffic was congested, so the GPS took through our old stomping ground, the bustling Metropolis of La La Land. In downtown LA and along Wilshire Boulevard, new skyscrapers are soaring into the sky, while below poverty is fast spreading.
Dreams of the silver screen and the harsh reality coexist here — not all that glimmer is gold 🏆 The images below reflect the city’s complex and distorted nature.
