A studio’s strength
is not measured in meters
buttons, knobs or sets of speakers
mics, lights or past achievements
reels, skills, its craft nor features
Not its keys to unlock doors
the rhodes it’s traveled
or global rapport
its tools, its hits
or clients who’ve soared
its sound, its art,
the heart it’s poured
but rather —
by the sum of its parts.

You’re da MVP Miss K — thank you!
Lovely lines Kira and very true
Absolutely! Just as we are not defined by a action, a spoken word, a job etc. We are a sum of our parts. Beautifully written! 😊🌷
Pretty much like us really! Thank you for sharing this unique piece of work @Kira (Yakira) Fulks
A studio without the most important part, You, is no studio at all! You are the key to unlocking its doors, by which its strength is measured! I love it Kira! ❤🌹😘✍️
Kira (Yakira) Fulks … Exactly… valuable and powerful…very well done… thank you for sharing!!!!
Yes, I’ve heard beautiful, profound music that was recorded with the most basic equipment, even just a single cassette recorder.
