I pray that there will come a time
when we will live in peace
and every day we’ll stroll on by
like silly flocks of geese.
I pray that You will guide us
with justice and in truth
and heal our pain and sorrow
with innocence of youth.
I pray that winter’s frost will end
and storms will calm down
that spring will reign eternal
and love will be our crown.
