To our philosopher who is so very wise
pondering life’s lows and highs
in the realm of ideas he dwells
with Hegel and Joyce brewing spells
and with art so refined
he tingles my mind
his love poems make my heart swell.
So on his birthday let’s cheer
let’s raise a cold pint of beer
which will make his insights so clear
Hear Hear, to our philosopher, who is so very dear,
Happy Birthday, David Proud 🌹❤🥂🎂🍻
