My post is dedicated to Hemi Yitzhaki, my dear friend and beloved member of the Kurdish community in Israel and Kurdistan, who passed way this week.
Hemi was a humble man, loyal friend with a heart of gold, always the first to contribute and help. A brilliant political analyst, he worked tirelessly to promote the heritage of the Jewish Kurdish community in Israel and strengthen the relationship with Kurdistan. He was a social activist who worked with youth at risk, musician and speaker and writer. We called him Serok, President Hemi, and so he was, a beloved father and leader.
Rest in Peace Hemi, you will be in our hearts forever 🔯 ת.נ.צ.ב.ה. 🥀
