When walkin’ down a one-way street
lookin’ for a two-way love
watch the signs along the way
and stop before push gets to shove.
Knockin’ on closed doors
tappin’ on blind windows
when they stay shut tight
move on and leave the limbo.
When walkin’ down the road
kickin’ up the dust
covet not what’s others
lest you will live in lust.
